Kitty Lindsay is an artist, educator, and feminist.

Her creative practices include creative writing (poetry, non-fiction, and playwriting) and theatre-making (acting and directing). She has written professionally for print and online publications like Ms. magazine, Ms. Blog, HelloGiggles, Los Angeles Review of Books, AwesomenessTV, The Establishment, and more. She has also acted in professional stage productions around the world including in New York, Los Angeles, London, England, Paris, France, Germany, and Poland.

A passionate advocate of women's rights and feminism, in 2016, Kitty created Feminist Crush, a seasonal podcast featuring conversations with feminist artists and activists about the intersections of art, activist, and feminist practices. In 2023, Kitty launched Your Feminist Friend, a fledgling feminist media company committed to helping feminist-friendly folks have more meaningful, productive, and inclusive conversations about urgent issues facing women and other marginalized communities.

Currently, Kitty teaches English as a Foreign Language and facilitates theatre and creative writing workshops in English in Paris, France.
